Excel Essentials provides you with the knowledge and practical skills needed to work independently and efficiently in Microsoft Excel. The course begins with the Excel interface and fundamental functionality before progressing to formulas, functions, formatting, charts and structured data management.
You will also learn how to sort, filter and structure data, create PivotTables and use Excel for analysis and visualization. In addition, the course introduces AI tools and demonstrates how they can support you when working with Excel.
The course combines short video lessons with quizzes and practical exercises. You study at your own pace and get the opportunity to apply your new knowledge directly through realistic Excel tasks.

The goal of the course is to provide you with a solid foundation in Excel and help you become more confident using the program in a professional environment. You will learn not only where to find different tools and features, but also how to use them to solve common tasks in a structured and efficient way.
After completing the course, you will be able to work independently with spreadsheets, formulas and functions, structure and analyze data, and create tables and clear visualizations. You will also have gained practical knowledge of PivotTables and an understanding of how AI can support your work in Excel.

The course is recorded in a Windows environment using a modern version of Microsoft Excel. If you use Excel 2019 or an older version, some functions and features may be unavailable or work differently.
